BGO finishes Ontario’s first all-electric, net-zero spec industrial building

BentallGreenOak (BGO) has completed construction on Ontario’s first all-electric, net-zero carbon speculative industrial building in Milton, Ont. The company said in a release the building offsets all of its greenhouse gas emissions.

CF embarks on $9.5M decarbonization of Vancouver properties

Cadillac Fairview has raised $9.5 million to fund the decarbonization of its Pacific Centre and Waterfront Properties in Vancouver. The upgrades are expected to cut thousands of tonnes of carbon dioxide per year when complete.
